Terms of service

These terms govern your use of SamePage Math. By using the service, creating an account, or purchasing Pro, you agree to them.

Adult-operated service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to create an account or purchase a subscription. The online service is built for adults. Adults are responsible for reviewing each worksheet and deciding whether it is appropriate for a learner.

Free and Pro use

Free features may be used without an account. SamePage Math Pro is an annual subscription. The price, billing interval, and included features are displayed before checkout.

Pro renews automatically each year until canceled. You authorize the payment method provided to Stripe to be charged at each renewal. You can cancel through the Stripe billing portal from your adult account. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not end access already paid for.

Refunds

Payments are subject to our refund policy. Except where law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable merely because the subscription was unused, you changed your mind, or you did not cancel before renewal.

Permitted use

You may print worksheets for your personal use and for learners you directly teach, homeschool, support, or treat. You may not sell the worksheets, publish them as a competing worksheet collection, redistribute them in bulk online, resell access, copy the generator, or present the service as your own.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, probe or bypass security or usage controls, automate abusive traffic, access another person’s account, introduce malicious code, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, or comply with law.

Your inputs

You remain responsible for calculations and titles you enter. Worksheet content is processed in your browser and is not stored by SamePage Math. Do not place a child’s personal information in a saved preset name or other account field.

Service ownership

SamePage Math and its software, interface, branding, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms provide a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of it.

Availability and educational use

We work to generate mathematically correct worksheets, but you should review every worksheet before giving it to a learner. SamePage Math does not provide educational, therapeutic, medical, or professional advice. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside our control.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every worksheet will meet a particular learner’s needs.

To the extent permitted by law, SamePage Math will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to SamePage Math during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.

Changes

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continuing to use the service after revised terms take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or dispute forums available under the law of their place of residence.
