Refund policy

SamePage Math Pro is a digital annual subscription. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable once Pro access has been provided.

When a refund may be available

We will consider a refund request made within seven calendar days of the charge when:

• the same subscription was charged more than once;
• the amount charged differs from the price shown at checkout; or
• a technical failure caused by SamePage Math prevented you from using Pro, you reported the problem promptly, and we could not restore access within a reasonable time.

When refunds are not normally available

We do not normally refund for change of mind, unused subscription time, dissatisfaction with a feature that operated as described, or failure to cancel before renewal. A discretionary exception does not create an obligation to provide the same exception again.

Cancellation

You can cancel through the Stripe billing portal from your adult account. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

How to request a refund

Email hello@samepagemath.com from the address used for your account. Include the charge date, the reason for the request, and enough information to locate the payment. Do not send complete card or bank-account numbers.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls how long the credit takes to appear.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits a refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or other consumer right that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
